Changes, cancellations or adjustments to the reservation are permitted. Cancelable up to 48 hours prior to arrival, free of charge. Cancelable up to arrival day or No-Show, 1 night will be charged.

 

Adjustments and shortening of the stay is permitted with at least 48 hours notice, prior to the new departure day.

 

Pre-authorization for the entire reservation amount is required.

 

Every room has to be guaranteed by a Security deposit of 250€. The deposit is a blocked amount and gets released back to the guest after 2 to 5 business days.

 

Payments and Security deposits are handled through Stripe links we provide. Both are mandatory to be performed prior to the arrival day.

 

VAT is included in every stated rate.
