Non refundable, non-exchangeable rate. Advanced payment is required. Changes, cancellations or adjustments to the reservation are not permitted. In case of cancellation the full amount is kept.

 

Every room has to be guaranteed by a Security deposit of 250€. The deposit is a blocked amount and gets released back to the guest after 2 to 5 business days.

 

Payments and Security deposits are handled through Stripe links we provide. Both are mandatory to be performed prior to the arrival day.

 

VAT is included in every stated rate.
