Tourist tax
Tourist tax is not included in the price and it has to be payed in cash upon arrival. You can also add tourist tax as an extra in the first step of the reservation. Tourist tax price: 3.13 eur / person / night, 1.56 eur / child from 7-17.99 years / night, 0 eur / child up to 6.99 years.

Cancelation policy:

• if you cancel more than 48 hours before official check-in (15.00 / 3pm) cancellation is free of charge,
• if you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival we will charge you for the first night of your stay.
  

Non refundable booking:

• if you make a non refundable booking we will charge your credit card without the tourist tax (tourist tax you pay upon arrival in cash). Non refundable booking means that no refunds are possible.
  

Special conditions for new year:

• for new year cancellation policy is 4 days.
