Aplace has 2 large suites and 2 city flats: Both suites and flats have been completely renovated since december 2012. They are decorated in vintage style combined with a few new objects which quarantees you a warm and cosy home. - The suites both have a sitting corner with sofa, digital tv, a docking station, dvd-player, a shared kitchinette with Illy espresso machine, a perculator and a little fridge. The bathroom has a walk-in / rainshower. One of them has an amazing square view, the large windows offers you a postcard view at night. The second suite is situated in the back of the building and is extremely cosy. - Both flats have a fully equipped kitchen, a brown marble bathroom with tub/rainshower, a seperate restroom, a very bright and cosy living room and 2 bedrooms. The view on the Vrijdagmarkt is amazing, The large windows offers you a postcard view at night. De Vrijdagmarkt is a quiet square that hasn’t been discovered by the big audience yet and ideal to meet local Antwerp people. Very unique and traditonal is the weekly auction on - fridays - on the ‘Vrijdagmarkt’. Here you can buy for a cheap price exclusive, retro and sometimes even valuable objects. On this square you’ll also find the world famous Plantin-Moretus museum. The only printing/publisher in the world from the Renaissances and baroque time which has kept remained. In the ‘Nationalestraat’ (= around the corner) and in the neighbourhood you can spend your money in various designer shops of famous Antwerp and international designers.
