Aplace has 2 large suites and 2 city flats: Both suites and flats have been completely renovated since december 2012. De Vrijdagmarkt is a quiet square that hasn’t been discovered by the big audience yet and ideal to meet local Antwerp people. Very unique and traditonal is the weekly auction on - fridays - on the ‘Vrijdagmarkt’. Here you can buy for a cheap price exclusive, retro and sometimes even valuable objects. On this square you’ll also find the world famous Plantin-Moretus museum. The only printing/publisher in the world from the Renaissances and baroque time which has kept remained. In the ‘Nationalestraat’ (= around the corner) and in the neighbourhood you can spend your money in various designer shops of famous Antwerp and international designers.
