Cancellation policy for the rooms (Comfort room, Deluxe room and Junior suites): our cancellation policy requires you to notify us 24 hours before arrival before 2:00pm in order to avoid 1 night charge. During fair periods, cancellation policy is 14 days prior arrival.
Cancellation policy for the Suites (Suite 1 Bedroom, Suite 2 Bedrooms an Healthness Suite) our cancellation policy requires you to notify us 72 hours prior arrival by 2pm otherwise a charge equivalent to one night accommodation will be made.
Cancellation Policy for the Spa Suite: one night accommodation deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable. Daily city taxes will have to be charged.
