This beautiful mansion once that used to be the house of a diamond-trader in the early 1900's, now has a new destination as b&b/guesthouse. The owner used to have his ateliers next door in nr 22b. Over time, both buildings 'lived' their own lives until the opportunity came along to bring them togeteher again. In 2008, we started our restaurant 22b. In 2017 we got the chance to buy the house nextdoor and start a b&b/guesthouse. This residential neighourhood has a quite authentic atmospere because of Jewesh inhabants walking through the streets until late at night in their black outfits and typical hats. In that way, the old vibes of the diamond activities are still alive.

Arass Hotel*** & Business Flats is ideally located, walking distance from all public transport (metro, tram, bus 150, Central Station 400m) and the city Centre with its many shopping streets and restaurants. Large Delhaize supermarket across the hotel. Large urban park within 5 minutes and the nearest E19/E34 Motorway exit is 950 meters away.

 

Our spacious standard rooms (35m2) with kitchenette were renovated in july 2014 and have a new interior, beds, air-conditioning and flat screen TV’s with + 100 international channels. The are equipped with a working desk and separate dining table (kitchenette on request).

 We offer you the perfect alternative to a standard hotel room for business people or tourists that look for the ideal location to explore the city of Antwerp.

 Our Duplex Superior, Penthouse, Grand and Family Apartments were completely renovated in 2015 and have new interior, beds, bathrooms, air-conditioning and 2 flat screen TV’s (living room +bedroom) with + 100 international TV channels.
