Main conditions and policy
- From 1 to 4 room nights:
Rooms can be canceled up 48 hours prior to day of arrival without cancellation fee (1st night).
- From 5 to 7 room nights:
Rooms can be canceled up 7 days prior to day of arrival without cancellation fee (1st night).
- As from 8 room nights:
An invoice for the amount of 50% of the reserved net room rates will be made. This invoice has to be paid to guarantee the reservation. Please keep in mind that this invoice is non refundable in case of a cancellation or modification. Your reservation can be canceled at least 7 days prior to day of arrival to avoid the cancellation fee for the other 50% of the reserved net rooms rates.
Non-Refundable Rates
Discounted and reduced rates require pre-payment for the entire stay and therefore, do not permit cancellations or modifications to be made to the booking.
The tourist tax is not included.
All pre-payed bookings must be guaranteed by credit card upon purchase.
There are no reimbursements for cancellations or modifications made to the booking.
