Hotel conditions
Cancellations up to 24hours before the day of arrival are free of charge.
All cancellations must be in writing. If you have a non-refundable rate, your reservation can no longer be canceled or changed free of charge.
For a reservation of more than 10 nights, our group reservation conditions apply. In case of No show, the first night will be charged to the credit card number or company specified as a guarantee. If the reservation was made for several nights, the remaining nights will be automatically canceled but will be charged.
Group reservation (from 10 nights)
All cancellations must be in writing
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: you can cancel 10% of the room nights free of charge
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the room rate will be charged
Our hotel building and hotel rooms are non-smoking.
May we draw your attention to the fact that in the event of non-compliance we will charge a minimum of € 250.00 for maintenance costs. Standard cleaning costs are included in the room price. For all other cleaning costs or damages that are not specific to normal use, we charge a minimum of € 250.00. By confirming this reservation you, or the guest for whom you book, agree to the above conditions. If you have any questions concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.
