Cancellation Conditions (valid for a partial or a total cancellation):
a) Before 30 days or more advance notice before arrival of the group: no charge
b) 30 to 15 days advance notice before arrival of the group: 50% charge
c) 14 days to 8 days advance notice before arrival of the group: 75% charge
d) Less than 7 days advance notice before arrival of the group: 100% charge
e) In the case of no shows, a charge of 100% will be made.
Payment:
In case of block booking.
To confirm your group we require a deposit of 50%, 30 days prior to arrival of the group, and the final payment 7 days prior to arrival.
In case the guest pays.
The client shall guarantee payment for the following hotel services: Accommodation and breakfast and where required, half board, porterage and city tax.
