Our reception is open 7d/7 from 08:00h - 17:30h. After 17:30h guests can check in with the self check-in kiosk. In case of late arrival, please contact the hotel to get the code for the night lock and the instructions for the check.

Hereby you will fid the cancellation policy and warranty conditions. The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Payment policy in case of cancellation:

Individual booking for less the 7 nights:

• Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first night will be charged

Individual booking for + 7 nights:

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival : 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

• Between 21 and 8 days before arrival : 50 % of the total amount of your stay will be charged

• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25 % of the total amount of your stay will be charged

Booking of 3 or more rooms ( max 5 rooms/Apt)  for + 7 nights:

• Between 14 and 0 days prior to arrival : 100% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

• Between 21 and 15 days prior to arrival : 50% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

• Between 30 and 22 days prior to arrival : 25% of the total amount of your stay will be charged

• + 30 days : No costs

General Conditions:

• No show : the entire stay will be charged

• Early departure : the entire booked stay will be charged

For group bookings of more then 5 rooms/Apt. please contact the Arass Hotel*** & Business Flats for the cancelations policy.

Policy for the warranty:

• 1-7 nights:  €250

• +7 nights: €500

This warranty can only be paid by credit card.
Without a valid credit card we cannot guarantee your reservation.
