Gastenverblijf De Arend is located in the historic centre of Nieuwpoort-city at 300 m from the tram/bus-stop. Three spacious comfortable rooms located on the first floor and three comfortable rooms located on the second floor accessible by stairs. The beautiful garden offers the possibility to relax during the beautiful days. On the ground floor you can enjoy in our ice cream shop artisan ice creams, pancakes and waffles. In the Hall there is a bicycle shed with loading point. Free parking is available in the streets behind our guesthouse. At walking distance you will find a wide selection of cosy restaurants. LOCATION A relaxing walk on the beach just 300 meters from the hotel or right around the corner at the Wapenplein to the various shopping-walking streets, bars and restaurants. The Casino Kursaal and the Leopold park as well as the cultural center "De Grote Post" are a 300-meter walk from the hotel. On the other hand, the Ostend train station is 900 meters away to travel to another destination. As you can read, you will always have some form of entertainment at hand.

Het huidige Hôtel Polaris is in restauratie met het oog op een nieuwe bestemming.
