What remained of the old farm, adjacent to the manor's foundations, has been transformed during 2007 and 2008 into an attractive and comfortable B&B. Later kwam op de begane grond een groentezaak. Een lift bezorgde het toenmalige Hôtel du Nord in 1965 een nieuw elan.
