The building with 2 holiday homes is located on the outskirts of the village of Leke with a clear view of the surrounding fields. It is a semi-open development where the house of the owners is adjacent to two holiday homes with their own name. Both houses are licensed separately and have a separate entrance.

De oorspronkelijke twee woonhuizen op deze plek werden in de 19de eeuw samengevoegd tot één groot pand. Het huidige complex dateert van 1902 en herbergde het 'Institut Communal de Demoiselles'.
