The building with 2 holiday homes is located on the outskirts of the village of Leke with a clear view of the surrounding fields. It is a semi-open development where the house of the owners is adjacent to two holiday homes with their own name. Both houses are licensed separately and have a separate entrance.

Hotel Du Commerce is located in the center, near the beach in Blankenberge, and offers rooms with flat-screen cable TV. It features an intimate bar and a terrace.
