Booking Conditions
Our conditions are as follows:
Flex: Cancellation free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. Cancellation from 3 days before arrival date is 75% of the total amount. Cancellation on day of arrival is 100% of the total amount.
Different conditions apply to non-refundable rates. The full amount of the stay must be paid in advance with a credit card upon booking. The costs can not be refunded, even if the booking is cancelled or changed.
