Booking Conditions

Hereby we have the pleasure to give you our conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Cancellation Policy for individual bookings:

• Free cancellation until 24 hours before arrival date as from midnight the day prior to arrival)
• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or 'no show'will be charged with a total cost of the complete reservation, and will be cancelled.
• Non-refundable bookings can not be changed or cancelled

Only written cancellations by email to info@hoteldamier.be can be accepted
