Booking Conditions

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts en percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Reservation of 1-2 rooms:
The cancellation penalty depends on the time prior to arrival. Free cancellation for individual bookings up until 7 days prior to arrival. A cancellation between 7 days and 4 days prior to arrival will be charged with 50% of the total amount. 100% of the booking has to be paid when cancelling 3 days or less before arrival.

Reservation of 3-10 rooms:
The cancellation penalty depends on the time prior to arrival. Free cancellation for bookings until 60 days prior to arrival. A cancellation between 60 days and 22 days prior to arrival will be charged with 25% of the total amount. When cancelling between 21 and 8 days prior to arrival 50% will be charged and 100% of the booking has to be paid when cancelling 7 days or less before arrival.
