Booking Conditions

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest.

Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Main conditions and policy (Individual booking)

• Less than 48 hrs before date of arrival: first night

Special conditions (groups*)

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100%
• Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50 %
• More than 3 weeks before arrival: 25EUR

(*) groups = Every booking of 3 or more rooms

Special cancellation conditions for the cabins;

the following amounts will be paid by the client

a) if cancelled up to 42 days before arrival, 30% booking amount;

b) if cancellation between 42 days and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% booking amount;

c) If cancelled from 28th day until the date of arrival, 90% of the booking amount;

d) in case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the booking amount.
