Booking Conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel less than 30 days before arrival.

For all reservations 30-50% advanced payment is needed (depends on the time of year and demand). Advanced payment is non refundable.

No show - you will be charged 100% of the reservation.
Planica and New Year period are non refundable.

For all bookings damage deposit in amount 200€ per unit can be charged (cash or credit card), if there have been damages in the apartment after check out.
