Conditions de réservation

STANDARD RATES:

The reservation must be confirmed with the data of a valid credit card or with a 50% advance prepayment of the total rental value upon the proforma invoice at least 3 days after making a reservation.

In case the guest cancells the reservation the following cancellation conditions are applied:

• until 14 days before arrival - the cancellation without any costs / we return the prepayment in case it has been paid in advance
• 14 days or less before the arrival - we charge the total value of the room rental

NON REFUNDABLE & SHORT STAY RATES:

The whole amount of the room rental value must be paid with the valid credit card or with the bank transfer on our bank account upon proforma invoice within 3 days after receiving the proforma invoice.

In case of cancellation of the reservation we retain the total value.
