For all reservations 30-50% advanced payment is needed (depends on the time of year and demand).

No show - you will be charged 100% of the reservation.
Planica and New Year period are non refundable.

For all bookings damage deposit in amount 200€ per unit can be charged, if there have been damages in the apartment after check out.
