The guest can cancel free of charge until 15 days before arrival. You will be charged 30% of the total price of the reservation if you cancel less than 15 days before arrival.
For all reservations 30-50% advanced payment is needed (depends on the time of year and demand).
No show - you will be charged 100% of the reservation.
Planica and New Year period are non refundable.
