The apartment is located in the centre of Kranjska gora behind Cvitar inn and hotel Kotnik 400 m from the ski run and 100 m from Hit Casino. Smoking is forbidden in the suite.

Misotič Apartments are located in the village of Gozd Martuljek, that is 4 km from Kranjska Gora, on the left side of the main road Jesenice-Kranjska Gora. In each apartment may stay from 2 up to 6 people. Apartments are spacious and bright, and every apartment has a view of the mighty mountain peak Spik. Our apartment house is located close to bike trails. In the winter, in the immediate vicinity of the apartments also runs track for cross-country skiing. Each apartment has one parking space, around the house there is a lawn with playground. The apartment on the ground floor is adapted for disabled people. In the immediate vicinity of the apartments is a local restaurant, ATM and post office with a small food store.

Located in Rateče, Apartments Koblar is 3 km from Vitranc 2 and 5 km from Vitranc 1. It offers self-catering apartments with free WiFi access and ski storage.

Hotel Kotnik is a family-run hotel with a long, 50 – year tradition. Located in the center of Kranjska Gora, know for its excellent restaurant and the oldest pizzeria PINO. Very kind employees and owners are a guarantee for the guests well – being and comfortable stay.

All of our 15 rooms (single, double, triple and also rooms with four beds) in the hotel part are equipped in accordance with the standards needed (SATV, shower and toilet, Wi-Fi, telephone, mini bar, safe deposit box)

Our guests can also use a fully equipped conference room, suitable for 10 people. A big parking lot in front of the hotel insures a free of charge and safe parking.

Reservation of our house means that you have it all available, with unlimited use of wellness.

House is designed like an accomodation for a group of 3 families, of which each family has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and own bathroom (or it can be used by any group of maximum 12 people). Together you use living room, dining room, kitchen and beside that wellness and outside garden. There are 4 parking spaces, in proximity there is free parking area.

House was fully renovated, for what we needed quite few years, as it is almost fully equiped and renovated with our own hands. We could say that staying in it is quite unique, with a touch of rustic alpine style.

- in each bathroom toilet paper, cotton pads and handkerchieves

- in each bathroom and wellness towells, hair dryer, shower gel & shampoo

It´s not allowed to smoke in the house and pets are not allowed.

Groundfloor: In groundfloor there is kitchen with all basic (gas stove with 4 burners and glass-ceramic stove with 2 plates, refrigerator with freezer) and high standard accessories (wash disher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, water heater); dinning room with wine refrigerator, full of wines (wines against payment) and cutting machine; living room with fire place, cabel TV, from living room there is also exit to garden; WC/urinal.

 1. floor: In 1. floor there is on left side bedroom with matrimonial bed (170x200) and balcony, bedroom with bunk bed (bellow bed 120x200, upper bed 90x200), bathroom with shower/WC and on right side, separated with door, bedroom with matrimonial bed (180x200), bedroom with separated beds (each 90x200) and bathroom with shower/WC.

 Attic: In attic there is matrimonial bed (180x200), bedroom with separated beds (90x200, 80x200) and bathroom with shower/WC.

 Basement: In basement there is wellness with room for resting that has exit on terrace, jacuzzi for 6 people, large finnish sauna, shower and WC; ski room where you can store your ski equipment, with ski shoes dryer.

 Garden: In garden there is dining set and charcoal grill.

 Outside storage: In outside storage you can park bicycles or any other sports equipment.

 Minimal stay: 2 nights

Arrival: 4-8 p.m. (if no guests before, we can agree on earlier arrival)

Departure: till 10 a.m. (if no guests behind, we can agree on later departure)

 Price includes: rent with all the costs, bedclothes (guests can also request additional change of bedclothes against payment), towels (guests can also request additional change of towels against payment), final cleaning (guests can also request additional cleaning against payment).

 Additional payment-obligatory:

tourist tax: 2 EUR/person/night, children 7-18 let 1 EUR/person/night (no payment for younger children) bail: 150 EUR – bail must be paid at the arrival and is a guarantee that at the end of holidaying house and everything in it will be in the same state as at the arrival of guests and is returned at departure when this is fulfilled

We  are located in a great location, right at the foot of the ski slope and at the same time very close to the center of Kranjska Gora. The accommodation Smučka is surronded by : ski slope, sycle path, bike park, starting point for hiking, mountainneering or visiting the lakes. childrens playground, cross-country skiing, toboggan run, ice rink, restaurants and pubs, shops...; in indoor swimming poll with saunas and massages, ski school and rental shop our guests have special discount.

In Smučka you are welcome in all seasons and all ages, families, couples or individuals, as you will always stay comfortably and safely in your chosen apartment or room during your vacation.

Smučka has its own garden with garden equipment for relaxation and a summer kitchen with a barbecue for culinary experiments. 

Parking is available in the courtyard, and there is also a garage for motorbikes, bicikle and ski storage.
