Booking Conditions

- Cancellation: We completely understand your plans may change for whatever reason. Therefore you may cancel free of charge until ours are set in stone, 96hrs before 14:00hrs, day of arrival. When cancelling after this time, the first night is payable. If we don't hear from you at all, the entire stay becomes payable. Likewise, if you need to cancel one of the later nights of your stay, you may do so free of charge until 4 days before that particular date, after which it becomes fully payable. In any case and for the record, cancellations need to be confirmed to and by us in writing.
