B-aparthotels is fully digital with no on-site reception or physical check-in. A few days before your stay, you will receive an email inviting you to complete a mandatory online check-in. Once completed, your access codes will be sent to you one day before arrival.

On your arrival day, from 4 p.m. onwards, use the building access code to enter, followed by your apartment code for secure, contactless access via our digital keypad system.
