Smartflats is fully digital, with no on-site reception or physical check-in. A few days prior to your stay, you will receive an email inviting you to complete a mandatory online check-in. Once completed, you'll receive your access codes 1 day before your arrival date.

On your arrival day, after 4 p.m., use the building access code to enter, followed by your apartment code for contacless access via our digital keypad system. Our reception support team is available 24/7 for any assistance.
