Rates and conditions of reservation for FLEXIBLE RATES

• Price includes 6% VAT
• Price is subject to change until the reservation is finalized.
• Your credit card not will be charged, but only used as a guarantee.
• Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours of arrival.
• If reservations are cancelled too late or not used a 1 night penalty fee will apply.
• If changes are made the prices will be adjusted to the current prices and conditions at time of change.
• All our rooms are non smoking.

Rates and conditions of reservation for NON-REFUNDABLE RATES

• Price includes 6% VAT
• Price is subject to change until the reservation is finalized.
• Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.
• Reservations can be not cancelled and are non refundable.
• Changes may be made up to 3 days prior to your arrival.
• Changes are subject to a 10 Euro change fee.
• If the rate of the new date(s) is lower, the original rate will apply.
• If the rate if the new date(s) is higher, the new rate will apply.
• In case of no-show, the complete stay will be cancelled.
• If you are coming a day late, you must advise us prior to hold your room.
• No refund or future credits will be provided in case a reservation is cancelled.
