Conditions of cancellation
Individual customers
In case of a cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival, i.e. at the latest noon before the day of arrival, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show the total reservation will be charged.
Groups (3 rooms or more)
(not applicable to a partial cancellation up to 10% of the original reservation if notified more than 24 hours before arrival and reconfirmed by the hotel)
In case of cancellation:
· Between 2 weeks and 1 week before arrival: 50% of the reserved services
· Less than 1 week: 100% of the reserved services
Special conditions
During race weekends special cancellation rules apply both for individual customers and groups.
In case of cancellation:
- Between 2 months and 1 month before arrival: 25% of the reserved services
- Less than 1 month before arrival: 100% of the reserved services
