cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fees charged;
cancellation 13–7 days before arrival: 30 % of the reservation value is charged;
cancellation 6–2 days before arrival: 50 % of the reservation value is charged
cancellation 1–0 days before arrival: 100 % of the reservation value is charged
if the guest does not show up in the accommodation, 100 % of the amount of the reservation is charged.
