Below you will find the cancellation policy. The displayed percentages are to be paid by the guest.

In case deviating conditions were agreed, they override the generic terms.

Individual reservations: generic terms

· Less than 48 hours before arrival (15h00 Belgian time): 100% charge

· In case of no show: 100% charge

· In case of early departure: 100% charge

Group reservations: generic terms (ever since 6 rooms)*

· Between 30 and 8 days before arrival (15h00 Belgian time): 50% charge

· Less than 8 days before arrival (15h00 Belgian time): 100% charge

· In case of no show: 100% charge

· In case of early departure: 100% charge

* Group conditions also apply for individual reservations forming a group.
