Booking Conditions

Hereby you find the cancellation policies that are applicable upon cancelling a reservation made directly with the hotel. If not booked directly with the hotel, other conditions might be applicable.

Terms & conditions applicable to FLEXIBLE rates:

A valid credit card must be provided when making a reservation.
In the event the given credit card turns out to be invalid, you will be given 24h. time to amend your card details, failure to do so will result in the unilateral cancellation of the reservation by our team.
Please note that 3 Days prior arrival, the given credit card will be charged for the total price of the reservation.

For your information:

You can cancel the reservation, free of charge up to 3 days prior arrival.
You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 3 days before arrival.
Reimbursement in case of late cancellation or no-show is not possible.

Terms conditions applicable to NON FLEXIBLE- PREPAID rates:

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the provided credit card on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Modifications aren’t accepted and in case of a cancellation no refund will be made.
