Today, after a thorough restoration in 2023, Hotel Du Parc shines with renewed splendour. Situated in the very heart of the “Bel Epoque” District of Ostend, our city by the sea, the “Villa Les Pâquerettes” lies in walking distance of the beach of course, but equally on merely a few hundred yards away from the Wellington racetrack, the Casino, the golf course, the swimming pool, the library, the KVO Versluys soccer stadium and the BCO basketball stadium. The posh boutiques and gastronomical highlights are only a few minutes away and the costal tram offers you a stop at a two hundred yards distance.

The “Bel Epoque” district was realized under the reign of our King Leopold II. Our residence was built in 1902 but has been recently totally and utterly renovated. The surrounding public domain has been restored to his former splendor in respect with the spirit and the style of the “fin de siècle”.

Campingsite Ypra is a calm, child and pet friendly, camping. Located next to the Kemmelberg in the heart of Heuvelland, 10 km from Ypres. You'll sample the local beers of Poperinge and Westvleteren, or a "picon", the appetizer of the French part of Flanders, over the border nearby... And above all, you're in the heart of Flanders Fields, so dear to the British and Commonwealth people, with its multitude of military cemeteries and monuments and the sacred city of Ypres only 12 km away ; whilst there, don't miss the Peace Museum and the daily moving Last Post ceremony under the Menin Gate.

To make things easy, a network of both cycling and hiking routes (numbered) has been created in this lovely Westhoek area of ours. Our roads are easygoing, but beware, there are also some treacherous slopes. You can map out your own itinerary. And you'll meet appropriate signposts to keep you on the right track. One thing is certain: you'll always find a welcoming cafe to take a "refill", and after your efforts you can be sure, on returning to the "Rentmeesterhoeve", of a refreshing shower awaiting you.

The Oesterhoeve is both a B&B as an oyster farm at the edge of Oostende, overlooking the Spuikom lake. It offers marina-themed rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and luxury bedding.
