The chalet type 3  (35 m 2) has every comfort you will need on your holiday. The kitchen is provided with kitchenware ( glasses,forks,knifes, ..). The bathroom has a shower and basin, and there is a separate toilet. The living room has sofa, dining table and tv.1 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. In the garden there is a table and chairs. (no umbrella) You can park the car at the chalet.

The chalet is only reserved for families, we do not accept youth holidays or group reservations.

Price & suppl.:

The price includes: number of persons, consumption of water, electricity, gas and waste tax.

Baby package: (baby chair, baby bath and baby bed) to be reserved in advance: 4 €/night.

Warranty:

We ask a guarantee off 200 €, by reservation on the credit card. This will be activated at the latest on arrival and will be released automatically 14days after departure date (after deducting any damage or outstanding items on the invoice)

Without total payment and without warranty before closing time, no key will be hand over.

Final cleaning:

Tenants have to take care of the final cleaning of the chalet. If insufficiently cleaned ,45€ will be taken from your deposit.

Payment:

By creditcard: the full rental amount will be requested of the credit card, you will receive confirmation of this transaction

By banktransfer: we will send you a confirmation after we received your payment.

Your reservation is only confirmed by full payment.

Animals :

Animals are not allowed.

Sheets & towels:

Kitchen towels: to bring by the tenant

The beds have 1 pillow and 1blanket per person. The tenant has to bring the sheets, also the mattress protector.
