Guesthouse Leman is located in an historical house built about 1880 in the southern end of Antwerp. Our luxurious two room suite is a comfortable, large, and modern space with a feeling of being home when away!

Our Bed & Breakfast can be easily reached by public transportation a block and a half away (bus, tram or train) as well as by car. Either way, a ten minute ride will take you to the historical city center; Full of shops, great restaurants, cutting edge clothing and jewelry designers, hot waffles and tons of people watching. The experience of this wonderful bustling city is combined with the calm atmosphere you'll find at our B&B and in our neighborhood.

We serve breakfast in our dining room. When weather permits, it is possible to have breakfast in the garden on one of our terraces. A place you will find yourselves surrounded by nature, the sound of water flowing into the ponds and birds singing in the trees. In the morning and evening hours you can hear the bells of the church nearby.

In the evening a variety of restaurants can be found either in the vicitiny of the guesthouse or in the  city-center of Antwerp.  If you wish, we would be happy to give recommendations.

Wir haben an alles gedacht, um Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns besonders angenehm zu gestalten. Es gibt ein bequemes Boxspringbett, weiche Bettwäsche, einen Duschraum mit Regendusche und eine schöne Frühstücksecke. Auf der privaten Terrasse können Sie herrlich relaxen. Wi-Fi, Digitalradio und -fernsehen sowie eine Soundbar stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Unser Bed & Breakfast verfügt über Stellplätze für Autos und Fahrräder.

Jeden Morgen wird ein umfangreiches Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen, Keksen und Croissants von der Bäckerei Dellaifaille serviert, dem besten Bäcker von Antwerpen. Dazu gehört süßer und herzhafter, salziger Brotbelag von der Qualitätsfleischerei Mille Vache. Kaffee, Tee und ein frischer Saft löschen den Durst. Nach diesem Frühstück sind Sie perfekt gerüstet, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Das Hotel Docklands ist ein modernes 3-Sterne-Hotel mit 38 komfortablen Hotelzimmern. In unserem Nebengebäude befinden sich 5 attraktive Appartements, die sowohl für einen kurzen als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet sind.
Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie die Rezeption, eine gemütliche Lobby und das Restaurant, in dem Sie ein herrliches Frühstück genießen können. Die Gäste können auch den Lunchpaket-Service in Anspruch nehmen.
Die Autobahnen, das Stadtzentrum, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und die Häfen/Industrie sind einfach zu erreichen.

For 20 years we lived and worked in different Asian countries. We where based in Thailand, Malaysia, Sri-Lanka, China and India.

In 2006 we settled in Antwerp.

Patricia bought the anno1870 old Mansion in 2003 and with the original architecture in mind we renovated the entire house, into a unique and original B&B.

In Januari 2010 Patricia finally opened “Antwerp Bed and Breakfast.” We run our business not as a job but as a passion in life. Our goals are an excellent around the clock service, but most important to make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed like we would do with our own family.
