Pets
Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request at an additional cost. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets per room are allowed . We kindly request you to cancel the reservation if your pet does not meet the conditions.
Example of dog breeds allowed: Maltese, Chichuaua, dachshund, King Charles spaniel, Bichon frisé, jack russel, pug, Shih Tzu, Beagle, Keeshond ...
Example of NOT allowed dog breeds: Labrador Retriever, Bernese Mountain Dog, Husky, German Shepherd, Weimaraner, Rottweiler, Border Collie, ...
Check-In
The keys can be picked up at the reception Meeuwenlaan 32, Westende between 15h and 18h. If there is no possibility to arrive before 18h, we would like to know in time. We will then communicate the late arrival procedure with you.
Cancellation conditions
When making a reservation you have the choice between a refundable and a non-refundable rate plan.
I have chosen the flexible rate and wish to cancel
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified after that, or if you do not show up (no-show), 100% of the stay will be charged. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 14 days before the arrival date.
If the reservation has already been paid the full amount will be returned to the account.
I have chosen the early bird rate - non-refundable and wish to cancel
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the stay must be paid and is in no case refundable.
The payment of the total price will be charged at the time of making the reservation.
Terms of payment
Direct payment
When choosing a direct payment, you have the option of making a bank transfer or a payment using the payment platform Mollie.
In case the customer chooses a flexible rate and makes a direct payment, the full amount paid will be refunded in case of a cancellation of the reservation.
Credit card as guarantee
You provide a credit card as a guarantee. 14 days before arrival, we will send you an email with a link to the payment platform Mollie. You then have 2 days to make this payment. If we do not receive the payment after sending 2 reminders, the reservation will be cancelled.
