Booking Conditions

 Reservation conditions (standard)

All reservations are confirmed by us with a letter, fax or email.
Please send it back to us within the 24 hours, with agreement dates and mode of deposit payment.

Reservations are only valid after payment of the deposit.

Deposit amounts and cancellation policy of short stays:

-between 1 and 3 nights:          deposit of amount of 1 night

-between 4 and 5 nights:          deposit of amount of 2 nights

Deposits are not returned when reservation is cancelled less than 10 days

before arrival.

By earlier check out, amount of 1 night will be invoiced.*

Long stays:

Deposit amounts

-between 6 and 8 nights:          deposit of amount of 2 nights

-between 9 and 11 nights:        deposit of amount of 3 nights

-between 12 and 14 nights:      deposit of amount of 4 nights

-more than 15 nights:    deposit of  amount of 5 nights

Cancellation policy:

-more than 6 weeks before arrival: administration costs: 60 €

-between 10 days and 6 weeks before arrival: 1/3 th of  stay.

-less than 10 days before arrival: ½ of stay

-reduce of your stay after check in: ½ of reduced period *

* Exception when room has been re rented. (info with Office manager)
