Booking Conditions
Hereby you find the cancellation policies that are applicable upon cancelling a reservation made directly with the hotel.
If not booked directly with the hotel, other conditions might be applicable.
Main cancellation conditions for direct reservations:
Free of charges up till 7 days.
From 7 days before arrival: 30% on the total amount of the reservation.
From 2 days before arrival: 60% on the total amount of the reservation, with a min. of 1 night.
On the day of arrival or No-show: 100% on the total amount.
Prepaid - Non Refundable conditions:
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the provided credit card on the day of booking and is non refundable.
Modifications aren’t accepted and in case of a cancellation no refund will be made.
