BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT When you arrive at the station here in Bruges you can either take a taxi or a bus -bus 4 and 14 pass by every 10 minutes and stop right in front of our hotel (1,3 Euro p.p)- to come to us.

The Ter Doest Abbey played a major role in Flanders from the 12th to the 16th century, not only in religious affairs but in economic matters as well. This Cistercian abbey had vast estates at its disposal and was known for its rich collection of art treasures and illuminated manuscripts.
