Cancellation policy:

As a member of the Bruges hotel association, we take their cancellation policy:

• You can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival;
• You will be charged the first night if you cancel in the 5 days before arrival;
• If you cancel on the day of arrival or if you do not show up you will be charged the total price.
