Booking Conditions
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel.
If cancelled up to 2PM the day before the date of arrival no charge will be applied. Bookings cancelled after, or in case of no-show, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the price of the first night.
When booking more than 7 rooms, different cancellation policies may apply.
In the event of a dispute, Belgian law shall apply with the courts of Nivelles having jurisdiction in settlement thereof, without prejudice to the Act dated 06.04.2010 on trading practices and consumer protection.
