Hereby conditions and cancellation policy.The applied amounts and  percentages are to be paid by the guest, no matter what the circumstances are , illness, trafic problems , cancellation of flights , trains etc.? SHOULD YOU NOT BE SURE OF YOUR ARRIVAL PLS TAKE A TRAVEL INSURANCE THAT WOULD COVER THESE COSTS ..

• Reservations cancelled 5 days before day of arrival, 100 % of the total stay will be charged .

• No-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld. It is possible that we reserve the total amount on your credit card. If the balance is insufficient then we will automatically cancel the booking
