Booking Conditions

General cancellation policy:

Creditcards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur In case you have to cancel your reservation please find hereafter the cancellation policy , which will be applied to all confirmed reservations:

• From the confirmation of the booking onward: 10% of the total stay
• Less than 2 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the total stay
• Reservations cancelled 48 hours (14.00 h) before day of arrival 60% of the total stay with a minimum amount of 1 night
• No Show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld.

For reservation for 4 or more rooms is a different cancellation policy, please ask the hotel.

Prepayed, non refundable ;

Cancellation: Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Taxes and service charges: 6 % VAT is included. A city tax is not applicable A service charge is included
