Booking Conditions

For reservations with a flexible rate plan:
No show and any cancellation less than 5 days prior to arrival will be charged in full.

For reservations with a non-refundable rate plan:
The full cost of the accommodation will be charged when making the reservation. These charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance before your departure. If you are unable to travel because of covid or another reason, you can then recover all or part of the costs.
