General cancellation policy:

• if you cancel before 12 am, 2 days prior to arrival:
  free of charge

• after 12 am hotel time 2 days prior to scheduled arrival date:
  100 % of the first night

• in case of no show the complete stay will be charged

This policy applies when you reserve up to 4 rooms.
For reservations of 5 or more rooms, the cancellation policies should be agreed directly with the hotel.

Cancellation policy for promotions:

Promotions are all pre-paid and cannot be changed.

In case of cancellation or no-show, no refunds are given.
