Booking Conditions

On the reservation the following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:

For individual reservations:

• Between 4 days and the arrival date: 100% of the stay is being charged.
• Between 14 days and the 5 days prior to arrival: the first night is being charged or half of the stay if it is a more-days package.
• More than 14 days before arrival: no cancellation costs

For groups(*):

• Changes or cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival: no charge
• Changes or cancellation between 90 days and 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the reserved services is being charged.
• Changes or cancellation between the 59 days and 15 days before arrival: 60% of the reserved services is being charged.
• Changes or cancellation less than 14 days arrival: 100% of the reserved services is being charged.
