Booking Conditions

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY :

• from confirmation of reservation : 10 % of the total amount of stay
• less than 5 days prior to date of arrival : 30 % of the total amount of stay
• whithin 48 hrs prior to date of arrival : 100 % of the total amount of stay
• no-show or curtailment of your stay will result in charging the whole stay

(midnight is deadline !
for example : your booking is for arrival on 18th january, then the 15th january at 11.59 PM is the deadline !!)

Early Web Special / Non Refundable / Hotdeal :

• not possible to cancel
• change of date not possible
• no refund possible
  (payment is done moment of reservation)

These conditions are only valid for Early Web Special / Non Refundable !!! IF MORE THAN 10 ROOMS : please contact the hotel, other conditions are due !!!!
