The “Bel Epoque” district was realized under the reign of our King Leopold II. Our residence was built in 1902 but has been recently totally and utterly renovated. The surrounding public domain has been restored to his former splendor in respect with the spirit and the style of the “fin de siècle”.

Hotel Polaris, opened on 18 July 2009, is a charming and stylish design hotel in the heart of Ostend. It is housed in a mansion built in 1902 and has since 2005 been protected as a monument.
