1) When booking the standard rate, cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel after this period, the full amount will be charged for 100% and cannot be refunded.
2) When booking the non-refundable rate, once the booking is made, the hotel will definitively pay the full amount of the reservation using the specified payment method. In case of cancellation, change of the reservation or if you do not show up, the full amount will not be refunded.
3) Keep an eye on your email or phone on the day of your arrival. We sometimes work with a PIN-code system in case of emergencies related to the hotel. So that you can check in independently with the PIN code during check-in hours.
4) If you would like to receive the PIN code anyway so that you can check in yourself at any time, you can ask us. We notice that there are guests who sometimes do not know what time they will arrive. That is why we want to offer this service upon availability.
If you do not know what time you will arrive at the hotel and wish to receive a PIN code so that you can check in at your own convenience and do not want to rush before our opening hours, please inform the hotel and we can create a PIN code for independent check-in without reception.
PAY ATTENTION:If you would arrive before 3 pm or after 6 pm, please let us know in advance. Otherwise we cannot take this into account and close the doors for check-in. A note with your reservation, e-mail, phone call or Whatsapp message is sufficient. If you are in front of closed doors, we can unfortunately not do anything about it in some cases. Unfortunately, we cannot refund anything for this if you have not communicated anything or have not communicated something in time.
