Cancellation in the period starting from the reservation: 10 % - cancellation in the period date of arrival (2 p.m.) minus 14 days: 30 % - cancellation in the period date of arrival (2 p.m.) minus 2 days: 60 % - no-show: 100 %.  Cancellation only by email or fax.

Check-in: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. - all rooms and apartments are non-smoking - all beds are twins - pets are not allowed.

If you booked the special condition "non refundable": payment of 10 % of the total amount on the day of booking, 3 months before arrival 40 %, 1 month before arrival 50 %.
